A: Postage generally takes 7-10 days now due to COVID related shipping delays.

Q: Does the solar charging still work if it is a cloudy day?
A:
Yes. Normally, a full solar charging can work for 3 days and it can work in cloudy and foggy days. Charging via USB is also possible as a backup, and is recommended for the first charge up.

Q: How does the receiving device get mounted?
A: The receiving device can be mounted the dashboard by using the sticky pad included in the box. You may choose to use this or not, however we include it on all units for your convenience. Another common scenario when using the device with trailers/caravans/etc. is to pick up some velcro mounts and use them to enable quick install/removal when not in use.

Q: Does it need to be turned on/off every time I use it?
A: No, the device will automatically turn on if it detects movement (shock boot) and it will turn off automatically after 10 minutes of no movement

Q: Do I need to take the sensor off to inflate/deflate tyres?
A: You will need to remove the sensor to inflate/deflate your tyres. Each sensor has a small locknut to keep it tight and protect from thieves, so we most definitely provide a spanner,
that we suggest to leave in your vehicle, for installing and removing the sensors super easily.

A: PressureMate comes with a 12 month warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects.
